ProctorParhai ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered assessments and proctoring services via proctorparhai.com and native mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you access or use our Services.

- Organization / institution details (if provided)
Assessment & proctoring data
- Test answers, uploads, time-on-question, scores
- Camera metadata (face detection, presence checks)
- Microphone activity metadata (sound event detection)
- Device information (model, OS, app version) and session logs
Note: we do not record or store full video/audio by default unless explicitly required or enabled by your institution. Proctoring captures events and metadata to detect suspicious activity.

7. Camera, Microphone & Proctoring Tools
During a proctored assessment, the app may request permission to access your camera and microphone. These permissions are used only to monitor the assessment session and are not used for general surveillance. You will be notified when proctoring starts and stopped.
8. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from children under the age of 13 without parental or institutional consent. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, contact us to remove it.
9. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and improve performance. You may block cookies in your browser, but some features may not function correctly.
